"Floss is not usable"
I'm really let down; I ordered some floss from them and it's just not usable, feels like it's made of paper. Can't believe they keep selling this stuff, honestly. I put in a lot of cash (this floss costs £4.50) and effort looking for more eco-friendly options, so it's super disappointing to find products like this. I did try their Bamboo Interdental Floss Brushes, and those are actually pretty decent.

"Not Worth It"
This floss snaps every single time I try to use it and ends up wedged between my teeth. I end up wasting way more time fishing out the broken bits than I do actually cleaning my teeth.
From what I've seen in other reviews, this seems to be a pretty widespread issue. They seem to have focused more on their fancy branding instead of creating a product that actually works. Plus, it’s super pricey.
EDIT: Sadly, I didn’t get any explanation for why I forked out £5 for this flimsy string, but I sure got roasted instead, haha.

"Awful dental floss experience"
I was really let down by this dental floss. It got caught in my teeth, snapped while I was using it, and for a second, I thought I’d be left with a piece hanging out of my mouth since the end was too short to pull out.
So, even though the idea behind the product seemed good, it just doesn’t do the job right.

"Toothbrushes Made of Wood"
I thought the product was nicely crafted and functioned properly. My main issue was that I couldn't send a portion of the order to my daughter. With most companies I deal with, it's a breeze to have items shipped to someone else. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case with the White Teeth Box.

I've tested a bunch of similar items before, but what I've experienced from The White Teeth Box is definitely the top choice! It's a great brand with a solid ethos. The service is super quick and easy, and they respond fast to any questions...I would totally recommend it - Thanks a lot!

"A Bit of a Mixed Bag"
Happy to discover a floss that's eco-friendly and free from animal ingredients. It tastes good and generally does the job. However, I notice it tends to fray and break pretty easily when it gets between close-set teeth or rough spots.
